The workshop includes five exercises in total. You can go through the exercises during a full-day workshop or divide the workshop into parts and have them on separate days.
We recommend keeping breaks between different exercises to a minimum. To get the full effect, the whole workshop should be completed in a maximum of 1 - 2 weeks.
