In this exercise, the top goal-achieving competencies are compared against competencies that the team actually has according to Teamscope talent analysis.
Together with the team, open the Teamscope team profile and scroll to the competencies section. Review the list of team competencies and compare it against the top goal-achieving competencies. Do they match, are there gaps?
Review and select competencies that the analysis shows and the team feels they are weak at, but at the same time are important for achieving the team goals. These are the competencies that the needs to keep in mind and develop further.
