Candidate evaluation should happen either during the interview or immediately following it. In the case of panel interviews with multiple assessors, all participants should evaluate each hiring criterion independently without having a chance to discuss their thoughts with other assessors. Discussing your views with other assessors can lead to skewed results.
To evaluate candidates on the Teamscope platform, move a candidate from the Shortlist to the Evaluate column on the Hiring Dashboard and click on Evaluate.
You can score candidates from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) on previously set basic requirements, differentiating competencies and team factors (team fit, trait diversity) along with motivators and the assessors gut feeling:
